Die Fassung
The browline — a heavy upper rim over a half-rim or rimless lower — is a French invention as much as an American one. Junot et Cie of Morez made theirs in 1979 for the engineering schools of the Grandes Écoles. We make it in two-tone combination acetate, with a titanium underwire.
