The frame

A flat-topped rectangular frame from Hardy Optique of Morez, made for the French civil service between 1959 and 1968. Severe at first glance, but the front section has a 4° pantoscopic tilt that sits more naturally than it should. Issued in Black, Burgundy, and Navy.
