The frame

From the Lunetterie du Marais — a Paris atelier that disappeared in the 1980s when the family sold its trademark to a luxury group. The 1972 pattern is a soft-cornered rectangle with a generous bridge, the easiest-fitting rectangular frame in the catalogue.
