Shipping & returns
Frames are made-to-order in our Cadore workshop. Non-prescription frames ship within five working days. Single-vision Rx within seven. Tracking on every order.
Shipping zones & rates
Rates apply to single orders below the free-shipping threshold. ETAs are working days from dispatch and exclude production time. Customs duty is included on UK/Swiss/Norwegian orders; for North American, Australian, NZ, and Japanese orders, local duties are payable on receipt.
Returns
You have <strong style="color:var(--ink);font-weight:500">thirty days</strong> from the day the frame arrives to return it. Email us first; we send a prepaid return label. Refunds are processed within five working days of receiving the frame.
The frame must come back in its case, with the lenses unscratched, and ideally with the small note we packed it with — though if you have lost it we will live.
Three things we cannot accept back

<li>· <strong style="color:var(--ink);font-weight:500">Engraved frames</strong> — we cannot un-engrave acetate.</li><li>· <strong style="color:var(--ink);font-weight:500">Single-vision Rx orders</strong> beyond the 30-day window — your prescription is unique to you, and we cannot resell the lenses.</li><li>· <strong style="color:var(--ink);font-weight:500">Try-at-home boxes returned outside the 7-day window</strong> — see the Try-at-home FAQ.</li>
If something has gone wrong with a made-to-order frame — wrong prescription, fitting issue, manufacturing defect — write to us. The thirty-day rule does not apply to our mistakes.
When does my order ship?
Non-Rx frames are made and shipped within five working days of order. Single-vision Rx orders take seven working days for the workshop to cut the lenses. Engraving adds one day. We email you a tracking number when your frame leaves the workshop.
