Why €1?
Because shipping isn't free, and a fully free try-on tells us nothing about who actually wants Lumen frames. The €1 is the smallest gesture of intent. It comes back to you when you order.
What if I don't like any of them?
Send the box back and we keep the €1. No questions, no follow-up. The frames you tried on are noted on your account so we can suggest others if you ever come back.
How long can I keep them?
Seven days from the day the box arrives. If you need longer, write to us — we'd rather you decide unhurried than rushed.
Are these prescription frames?
No. Try-on frames have plano clear lenses. Once you decide which to keep, we make your prescription frame to order in the workshop.
